Alle Zutaten werden bereit gelegt und alle Verpackungen geöffnet....

Alles in eine Schüssel
Jetzt kommen alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel. Die Butter hat natürlich Zimmertemperatur und wird etwas klein geschnitten....
Schritt 3
Mischen
Man mischt alle Zutaten erst mal in der Schüssel....
Schritt 4
Arbeitsplatte
Dann wird alles auf eine mit Mehl bestaubte Arbeitsplatte getan und kräftig geknetet, so dass ein schöner Teig entsteht....
Schritt 5
Teig
Hier kann man sehen, wie man eine Kerbe in den Teig macht, wo nachher das kleinste Teil über den grösseren Teil geklappt wird....

Dieser Weihnachtsstollen ist doch ein Genuss, nicht nur zum Anschauen. Das tolle an diesem Stollen ist, dass nach einer Woche in Alufolie verpackt, dieser Stollen immer leckerer wird. Ich mache immer gleich 2 Stollen ,so brauche ich nur einmal zu putzen und habe nur einmal die Energiekosten. Einen Stollen für mich und einen Stollen zum Verschenken.

  • 2 St Orangeat

  • 200 gr Rosinen
  • 200 gr ganze Mandeln oder 200 gr ganze Hazelnüsse

  • 250 gr Quark 40 %
