Smoothies selbermachen

Zuerst presst man 2 Orangen aus....

Zutaten
Für diesen Smoothie benötigt man 1 Banane , 150 gr Naturyoghurt und den Saft von 2 Orangen. Das ergibt dann nachher eine Menge für ein großes Latte Macchiato Glas oder 2 kleinere Gläser....
Schritt 3
Mixer
Dann gibt man alles in einen Standmixer. Das Ganze wird ca.1 Minute lang schön cremig geschlagen....
Schritt 4
Herrrrrrlich
Gesünder kann man den Tag nicht starten und es macht kaum Arbeit.... Auch Kinder lieben dieses Getränk ....

Übersicht - Smoothies selbermachen

Ich zeige Euch mal mein etwas anderes Rezept ,wie man ganz schnell Smoothies selbst machen kann. Die Zusammenstellung der Smoothies kann man je nach Geschmack varieren. Aber am besten klappt es mit weichem Obst: z.B. Bananen, Kiwis, Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Pfirsichen, Aprikosen, Apfelsinen (Saft). Es ist empfehlenswert, das Obst der Saison zu nehmen, also keine Erbeeren usw. im Winter ( das Obst ist dann teurer ). Wer es mag, kann noch gecrashte Eiswürfel dazugeben oder eine Kugel Vanilleeis - das ist der Hammer..
