Als erstes schneidet man die reifen Bananen in kleine Stücke und gibt diese in eine Schale. Dann püriert man die Banane mit einem Pürierstab bis eine gleichmäßige Konsistenz erreicht ist....

Nun gibt man zu dem Bananenpüree die Milch hinzu und rührt kräftig um. Dann mischt man das Natreen Creme-Dessert Pulver unter die Masse, bis diese eine schokoladig, braune Farbe hat....

Was tun mit alten Bananen? Macht daraus doch eine leckere Bananen-Schokoladen Creme. Grundsätzlich kann man braune Bananen ohne Bedenken essen und persönlich finde ich solche Bananen sogar schmackhafter. Je brauner bzw. reifer eine Banane ist, desto mehr Fruchtzucker ist in der Banane enthalten. Optisch sieht sie natürlich nicht mehr so ansprechend aus, doch dem kann man abhelfen.
