Schritt 1 / 3 - Der Teig

Als erstes lege ich mir meine Zutaten bereit. 
Ich mische das meist nach Gefühl zusammen, deswegen kann ich keine genauen Angaben bereitstellen was Mehl und Milch betrifft.

Für den Teig die Eier trennen und das Eiweiß steif schlagen.

Danach Mehl, Milch, Backpulver und etwas Zucker (ich nehme hier gerne Vanillezucker) zu einem glatten Teig rühren. Der Teig darf dabei nicht zu flüssig (schwappt sehr) oder zu fest (bewegt sich nur sehr langsam bis gar nicht) werden. 

Als nächstes den Eischnee unterheben.
