Schritt 1 / 3 - Teig anrühren

Zuerst gibt man den Zucker bzw. Vanillezucker mit einer Prise Salz zur Butter (10 gr schneidet man ab, um nachher damit das Waffeleisen einzufetten). Dann rührt man alles kräftig um bis die Masse schaumig ist. Anschließend rührt man die Eier einzeln unter, ebenso wie das Mehl und das Backpulver. Letztere gibt man mit einem Sieb bei ständigen Umrühren dazu. Zum Schluss kippt man die Milch dazu und rührt weiter bis ein Teig von gleichmäßiger Konsistenz entsteht.
